One spontaneous “FUYOH” And a dream was born.
Our story began in 2019, when we discovered a fiery Thai beef firepot featured by renowned food explorer Mark Wiens on Migrationology.
Intrigued, our family flew to Bangkok to experience it for ourselves. The moment the bubbling firepot arrived over glowing charcoal, we knew we were in for something special.
Then came the first bite - “FUYOH!”
It was an instant reaction - rich, aromatic, bold and unbelievably satisfying.
It wasn't just a meal. It was an experience.

Then the world slowed….
In 2020, COVID-19 brought life to a standstill and gave us the time to recreate that unforgettable experience in our own kitchen.
We experimented,
We tasted,
We refined.
We worked tirelessly on the broth, the beef, the aromatics and, most importantly, the charcoal fire that gives the firepot its unmistakable character.
With every pot, we got closer.
And whenever we got it right, there was that same reaction:
“FUYOH”
That's when the idea was born.

For years, we continued refining our recipe, driven by one simple goal - to create a beef firepot that we would be proud to serve and excited to eat ourselves.
By December 2025, that dream finally became a reality.
FUYOH FIREPOT was born.
The name comes from that very first reaction - a spontaneous expression of pure delight.
Today, every firepot we serve carries a little piece of our journey:
Premium beef, rich Thai-inspired flavors, aromatic broth and the unmistakable heat of charcoal fire.
Because we believe great food isn't just about taste.
It's about the feeling it creates.
